Nigel Taylor – Senior Sales Associate

Nigel has been providing real estate services to the local community since 1990, receiving his real estate license in 1985. He began his career in Los Angeles as a commercial agent and quickly determined his interest in the residential side of the business. His efforts include representing both sellers and buyers of residential property. Nigel is confident in his abilities. He strives to provide his clients with the information and tools needed to make their transaction as stress free as possible, while working to bring each transaction to a successful conclusion. Nigel’s years of experience make him adept at identifying the goals and needs of each individual and providing specialized support with conventional, trust, probate, REO, short sales, raw land, land lease, and stock coop sales. Nigel has worked in many facets of the business including as a new housing representative for a local brokerage as well as a relocation specialist assisting numerous employees from local companies, such as Amgen, Procter and Gamble, Digital Sound (Unisys), AC Delco and Bank of America among others.

Concurrently, Nigel has worked as a professional musician specializing in guitar and bass. He began his music career in Los Angeles in the late 1970’s. After moving to Ventura, he transitioned his interest to local projects and has become a member of the local music community.

Since 1990, Nigel has lived in Ventura with his wife of 25 years, Toni who is his assistant and also a licensed Realtor. He has a married daughter who was raised in Ventura and one granddaughter. Nigel has a love of animals and has two rescued greyhounds from Homestretch in Fillmore. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and colleagues.
